• plated nickel / gold: 12 months
• electroless silver: 12 months
• tin lead reflow: 12 months

Package: Closed, vacuumized polyethylene bag
Storage conditions: 25°C ± 5°C, max. 60% humidity

PCBs that are not assembled after opening the package have to be repackaged immediately in proper form.
